About the Role:
Pepkor is seeking a proactive P45 Sales Assistant to support store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain effective merchandise presentation. The role involves assisting management with daily store activities while contributing to sales performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Protect all store assets, including stock, cash, physical assets, staff, and customers.
• Implement company policies and procedures effectively.
• Maintain store and department layouts according to company standards.
• Provide superior customer service at all times.
• Ensure accurate administration for stockroom, markdowns, and lay-bys.
• Replenish merchandise efficiently and maintain store housekeeping standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Matric – Grade 12.
• Previous sales experience.

Skills & Competencies:

• Customer service oriented.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• High level of integrity, initiative, and professionalism.
