About the Role:
The RAW MATERIALS CONTROLLER is responsible for leading and managing the Brewing Raw Materials department to ensure production requirements are met while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with all VPO Pillar implementation initiatives
• Lead raw materials planning, forecasting, ordering, payment processes, budget control, supplier management, and quality control
• Interpret and implement brewing and production plans to guarantee raw material availability
• Ensure stock accuracy in SAP and MES systems
• Maintain accuracy of SAP master data
• Ensure compliance with MRP KPIs
• Conduct materials stock audits and reconciliation
• Provide information to regional production planners, divisional planning, and suppliers
• Comply with audit requirements and participate in problem-solving initiatives
• Investigate and minimize material transfer losses
• Support new material trials as required
• Lead, coach, and develop the raw materials team
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure effective communication
• Support DPR Controller and Administrator functions
• Oversee training and coaching needs for the department
• Ensure adherence to PTP, VIM queries, and GR/IR follow-ups
• Maintain hygiene and food safety compliance in all operational areas

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant B Degree or National Diploma
• Minimum 1-year experience in logistics or procurement
• PC literacy with SAP experience
• Understanding of brewing materials and processes is advantageous
• Strong Excel skills
