Main Purpose of the Role

The Senior Supply Chain Analyst plays a critical role in transforming complex supply chain data into actionable insights that drive smarter decision-making and improved customer outcomes. Operating at the intersection of analytics, consulting, and commercial collaboration, this role supports customers in unlocking value from their data while contributing to the development and evolution of analytics solutions within DSV.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field

Computer Literacy Level

• Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Additional Computer Skills

• Power BI
• Data visualization and storytelling techniques
• SQL (advantageous)

Job Requirements

• Experience in supply chain analytics, reporting, or data-focused roles
• Customer-facing experience in consulting or solution design
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and training skills
• Ability to convert complex datasets into clear, user-friendly visualizations
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging directly with customers
• Ability to operate effectively in a global, fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead customer workshops to capture business requirements, key performance indicators, and reporting preferences
• Provide expert guidance on Power BI, data storytelling, and analytics best practices
• Support commercial teams in solution design, client engagements, and proposal development
• Develop a deep understanding of TMS data structures and processes to translate customer needs into business intelligence solutions
• Define and implement standards for dashboard design, development timelines, pricing frameworks, and approval processes
• Contribute to the development of a service catalogue, distinguishing between standard and customized reporting solutions
• Influence and shape the analytics roadmap by incorporating customer feedback and introducing innovative data visualization capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital product teams, commercial functions, global business services, and operational units, to deliver high-quality analytics solutions
