Fidelity Vacancies – Fleet Administrator
Fidelity Services Group is looking for a Fleet Administrator to support the fleet department with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage quotes for vehicle repairs, maintenance, and tires
Issue pre-reference numbers for vehicles under maintenance plans
Verify vehicle history and flag discrepancies such as duplicate repairs or incorrect readings
Attach relevant documentation and submit quotes for approval
Create and issue purchase orders, verify repair costs, and follow up on invoices
Maintain open purchase order reports and liaise with suppliers and internal teams
Manage company fuel card orders and traffic fines
Handle accident administration, including capturing incidents, registering claims, and appointing assessors
Maintain accurate fleet records and assist with general administrative tasks
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 qualification
Transport-related qualification or technical training is an advantage
5 years of experience in fleet administration or workshop environment
Knowledge of car parts, labor rates, licensing, COFs, and fleet maintenance
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
Key Competencies:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
Experience in supplier and customer liaison
Adaptability and willingness to take responsibility
