About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven BDR 1 to drive sales performance, manage distributor relationships, and ensure strong brand presence across assigned territories.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets for assigned areas.
  • Manage and supervise distributors, including order processing, payments, and redistribution.
  • Ensure IB products are stocked in full range and available at customer and retail outlets.
  • Maintain effective merchandising, including POS and chiller visibility.
  • Ensure chillers are correctly placed in performing outlets and used exclusively for IBPLC products.
  • Monitor and enforce recommended product pricing at sales outlets.
  • Track competitor activities and market trends to inform strategies.

Profile: Education

  • 3-year degree qualification.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or FMCG environment.

Key Attributes and Competencies

  • Valid unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong local area knowledge.
  • Excellent administration and organizational skills.
