About the Program:
As a Shop Assistant / Cashier, you will provide excellent customer service while efficiently managing point of sale (POS) operations and in-store merchandising, ensuring a positive and engaging shopping experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Job Objectives:

• Execute all POS operations accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain high accuracy when scanning merchandise and processing payments, including clubcard rewards.
• Handle cash safely at all times.
• Promote the Clicks clubcard and enroll new members to achieve participation targets.
• Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and ensure they “feel good and pay less.”
• Deliver exceptional customer service as a visible and approachable brand ambassador.
• Perform and maintain merchandising and housekeeping duties in line with store and visual standards.
• Support the Group’s vision to be the first-choice health and beauty retailer by exemplifying company values.
• Stay updated on products, ranges, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to customers.
