Job Description
The Senior React Native Mobile Developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build, maintain, and enhance mobile applications. You will take ownership of code quality, deployments, and non-functional aspects such as performance, security, and accessibility. This role requires proactive problem-solving, mentorship, and a focus on improving systems and processes across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Work seamlessly with the team to solve complex technical problems within your area of expertise
- Write well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code
- Optimize existing implementations and enhance systems proactively
- Manage and execute deployments with precision and care
- Share expertise with the team and mentor less experienced developers, providing constructive feedback
- Develop and maintain robust Disaster Recovery procedures to ensure system resilience
- Collaborate confidently with cross-functional teams including Design, Legal, Data, and Risk
- Escalate and resolve issues beyond the scope of individual or team work when necessary
- Demonstrate expertise in accessibility, performance, and security, advocating best practices
- Improve system observability, identifying gaps in alerts and runbooks and enhancing system stability
- Deliver high-quality work consistently while addressing challenges and blockers proactively
Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- 8–10 years’ experience in software development
Technical Skills
- React Native Mobile
- JavaScript
- Experience in RESTful web services
- Experience with microservices architecture and design
Advantageous Skills
- Experience with Relational DBMS (SQL)
- PHP, PHP CodeIgniter
- C#, Blazor
- MSSQL/Oracle
- Identity Server authentication
- Cloud Native architecture
- Docker
- DevOps methodologies including CI/CD pipelines
