Fidelity Vacancies – Site Manager
The Site Manager’s role is to ensure that the site is managed efficiently and professionally, in alignment with company goals and objectives. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Site Manager will be responsible for managing teams, executing management directives, and maintaining a high standard of service to clients.
The primary responsibility is to continuously add value to the company by ensuring that all site operations are in line with organizational objectives and that all reasonable instructions from management are carried out effectively.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum Grade 12/Standard 10 or equivalent.
- Previous supervisory or junior management experience.
- PSIRA Grade A registration.
- Firearm Competency for business purposes.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the security industry.
- At least 2 years of experience in mall security.
- Working knowledge of the Firearm Act and firearm competency.
Job Requirements and Other Attributes:
- Proficient in MS Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license (Code 08/EB).
- In-depth knowledge of FSS disciplinary procedures.
- Clean disciplinary record.
Key Performance Areas:
- Client liaison to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
- Manage staff turnover and ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Strong administration skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Expertise in all facets of site management and security operations.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Oversee people management, including the general supervision and performance management of security staff to meet required performance standards.
