SAB Vacancies – DynamX Logistics Trainee

The DynamX Logistics Traineeship at SAB is designed to develop recent graduates by building both functional and technical skills within the Logistics department, covering Warehouse, Inventory, and Distribution. This 24-month program consists of incremental fixed-term contracts and provides a comprehensive learning experience through rotational cycles, cross-functional teamwork, and hands-on projects.

Key Features of the Program

• The program is structured around 6-month rotational cycles, allowing trainees to gain experience across various teams within Logistics.
• Progression through the program is based on robust evaluations, ensuring continuous growth and development.
• The learning model follows the 70-20-10 rule: 70% from challenging experiences, 20% from developmental relationships, and 10% from coursework and training.
• Upon successful completion of the program, graduates are eligible to apply for roles within SAB to further their career.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in relevant fields such as Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics.
• No more than 2 years of total full-time formal work experience by the program’s start date. (Internships, vacation work, and short-duration contracts are not counted.)
• Completed bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution within the required timeframe.
• Legal work authorization (full citizenship) in the country.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.

• Geographical mobility within South Africa.
• Positions are available in the following locations: Bloemfontein, Potchefstroom, Port Shepstone.
