About the Role:
Tekkie Town is seeking a P40 Shop Assistant to deliver exceptional customer service, create a welcoming store environment, and drive sales. The role focuses on supporting customers, maintaining store standards, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• 1–2 years retail experience
• Computer literate
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Customer service oriented
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the store
• Assist with merchandise presentation and stock replenishment
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
• Operate tills accurately and efficiently
• Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets
• Follow company policies and procedures at all times
• Assist in managing lay-bys, stockroom organization, and markdowns
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally
