About the Programme
The DynamX Trainee Programme is a highly competitive 24-month development initiative designed to unleash potential and accelerate career growth. The programme is structured around segmented fixed-term contracts, with robust evaluations determining progression through each phase.
Participants rotate through six-month cycles across various teams within their business area, gaining cross-functional experience. The programme follows the 70-20-10 learning model: 70% from challenging projects and experiences, 20% from developmental relationships, and 10% from formal coursework and training.
The DynamX Trainee Programme encourages individuals to solve challenges in innovative ways, take risks, and unlock opportunities. Upon successful completion of the 24-month programme, participants are eligible to apply for various roles within SAB, shaping a future with more cheers.

Profile
Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in areas such as:

Finance
-
People (Psychology or HR)
-
Marketing
-
Technology
-
Engineering
-
Supply Chain Management
-
Logistics
-
-
Maximum of 2 years of full-time formal working experience (internships, vacation work, and short-term contracts excluded)

Completed bachelor’s degree from a recognized tertiary institution prior to programme start

Legal authorization to work in South Africa (full citizenship)

Willingness to relocate or travel within South Africa
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ability to quickly adapt to new systems
