DynamX Trainee Programme – SAB Vacancies
The DynamX Trainee Programme at SAB is designed to grow and develop graduates by building technical skills aligned with their career aspirations. This unique 24-month programme provides cross-functional experience within a fast-paced corporate environment, allowing participants to build a strong foundation for their future careers.
About the Programme
- Duration and Structure: The programme runs for 24 months, consisting of segmented fixed-term contracts. Successful progression through each phase is determined by robust evaluations.
- Rotational Experience: Gain hands-on experience through 6-month rotational cycles, working across various teams within the respective business area. This provides exposure to a range of roles and responsibilities.
- Learning Approach: The programme follows the 70-20-10 rule, where participants learn 70% from challenging experiences and projects, 20% from developmental relationships, and 10% from coursework and training.

Profile Requirements
- Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in fields such as Finance, Psychology, Human Resources, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics.
- Work Experience: No more than 2 years of total full-time formal working experience by the programme start date. Internship, vacation work, or short-duration contracts do not count toward this limit.
- Legal Authorization: Full citizenship or legal work authorization in South Africa.
- Geographical Mobility: Willingness to work in various locations across South Africa.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
