Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager of the Aggregation division to enhance overall revenue contribution, strategy, and performance of Flash Pay and cash-out services.

  • Lead the continuous innovation and improvement of Flash Pay, ensuring it remains a market leader by delivering exceptional services from end to end.

  • Define and develop critical business metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and financial reports to support growth objectives.

  • Act as the custodian of client segmentation, identifying leads and fostering growth in existing partnerships to align with strategic goals, drive innovation, and increase revenue.

  • Analyze operational and financial metrics for Flash Pay & cash-out, generating detailed action plans to address gaps and optimize performance.

  • Develop strategic goals across multiple Flash divisions, with specific actions to drive the needs of all business units.

  • Oversee the execution of Flash Pay and cash-out strategy across all business divisions.

  • Manage the financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting for Flash Pay & cash-out across all divisions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales and Key Account Manager teams to activate the appropriate strategy.

  • Understand the impact of market events and various components on success, collaborating with key marketing stakeholders.

  • Identify and align with client needs to shape the development of payment technologies and business solutions.

  • Develop strategic roadmaps for payment solutions, customer support, and operational improvements based on client demands.

  • Prioritize onboarding plans for existing partners with Key Account Managers to maximize retention and growth.

  • Establish client prioritization frameworks to ensure smooth onboarding, enhancing client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Minimum Requirements:

  • BCom (General) or Bachelor of Business Administration.

  • At least 8 years of experience in analytically focused and commercial roles within the payments or fintech industry.

  • Financial services and payments experience will be highly advantageous.

Additional Strategic Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.

  • Familiarity with customer segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize marketing campaigns.

  • Proficiency in using marketing automation and CRM platforms to track and analyze customer behavior.

  • Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative growth strategies.

  • Experience in budget management and forecasting for marketing initiatives.

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the fintech industry.
