Fidelity Vacancies – Branch Growth Manager-Newcastle

Fidelity is looking for a highly motivated Branch Growth Manager in Newcastle to oversee and drive the overall growth of the branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales, marketing, operations, technical, and administrative functions while ensuring high operational standards, achieving budget targets, and reducing crime levels in the area.

Minimum Requirements

  • Post-matric qualification in General Management (advantageous)
  • Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Management (advantageous)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a mid-management role
  • Strong financial knowledge, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit and loss management
  • Grade B Security Certificate (existing or to be obtained upon appointment)
  • Experience in the security industry preferred

Responsibilities

Leadership

  • Provide strong leadership to the branch team, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Communicate the branch vision and strategy clearly and effectively
  • Make strategic decisions that contribute to long-term success and growth

Finance, Planning & Controls

  • Develop and manage budget plans to meet business objectives
  • Submit business plans, sales forecasts, and operating budgets as required
  • Oversee branch P&L to sustain profitability and growth
  • Manage collections to ensure financial stability

Operations

  • Implement efficient planning and production controls
  • Enhance productivity, quality, and customer service while optimizing costs
  • Monitor customer service metrics and address any issues proactively
  • Maintain service levels and drive community-focused security initiatives
  • Oversee branch fleet management to ensure operational efficiency
  • Personally attend client visits related to contact crimes

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce health and safety policies and ensure full compliance with regulations

Marketing & Customer Engagement

  • Lead branch marketing initiatives and social media engagement
  • Address customer perception issues and strengthen brand reputation
  • Build relationships with key community influencers
  • Ensure implementation of OTT (Over-the-Top) marketing strategies

Commercial & Business Development

  • Engage with customers to understand and fulfill their security needs
  • Work closely with the sales team to explore new market opportunities
  • Develop tailored security solutions to meet commercial and residential demands
  • Identify and manage Residential Guarding and bulk sale opportunities

Attrition Management

  • Monitor and control attrition rates with effective client retention strategies
  • Drive reconnections and analyze attrition trends for improvement
  • Manage sales channels to minimize financial risks

People Management

  • Identify training and development opportunities for staff
  • Oversee HR-related matters, staff recruitment, and team performance development
  • Foster a high-performance work culture and build an effective team
