Permanent Part-Time Retail Associate – Adidas
Job Purpose
Assist in daily store operations while delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to store policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding adidas customer service, ensuring a welcoming and helpful experience.
- Process sales transactions efficiently, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods as needed.
- Support product ticketing and verify received merchandise against paperwork.
- Assist in restocking the sales floor from the stockroom when required.
- Help create merchandise displays in line with management directives.
- Become proficient in using the point-of-sale system while following company policies.
- Apply selling techniques, such as add-on sales and product expertise, to meet sales targets.
- Greet customers, guide them to products, and act as a front-door greeter during peak times.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Protect company assets through vigilant handling and awareness.
Skills & Experience
- Passion for retail and customer service.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Friendly and clear communication skills.
- Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- Previous fashion retail experience is a plus but not required.

Education & Experience
