We’re seeking a proactive and agile eCommerce Product Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our digital platforms. This role is pivotal in managing product workflows, maintaining an engaging online catalogue, and aligning content with marketing strategies to deliver a seamless shopping experience. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update product catalogues, ensuring accuracy in names, descriptions, images, and videos.
- Optimise website navigation and structure to align with brand strategy and product assortments.
- Implement campaigns, promotions, and product launches in sync with marketing calendars.
- Provide accurate product lists for internal teams and verify alignment across channels.
- Enhance website search functionality and keywords to improve discoverability and conversions.
- Utilise AI and personalisation tools for dynamic product recommendations.
- Conduct routine QA checks and audits to uphold high standards.
- Resolve customer and internal queries efficiently.
- Support UX testing and new feature rollouts.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2-5 years in an eCommerce or digital role.
- Matric plus a relevant qualification (Digital Marketing, eCommerce, or similar).
- Strong grasp of web design principles, analytics, and SEO best practices.
- Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels (PPC, display, affiliate).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
