Red Bull Student Marketeers are part of the most dynamic and empowered brand ambassador program globally. You’ll embody Red Bull’s values and drive brand engagement on your campus and throughout the region. Your mission? To excite students, boost sales, and create unforgettable brand experiences through product sampling, events, and social media presence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Be a Product & Brand Ambassador
- Represent Red Bull with passion, reflecting the brand’s premium image in every interaction.
- Grow awareness by sampling Red Bull at the right time and place, answering consumer questions.
- Develop and execute creative campus plans to engage students and bring the brand to life.
- Build strong relationships with key individuals and groups on campus.
- Amplify brand engagement through authentic social media content.
- Support Red Bull events, ensuring an incredible consumer experience.
Be a Sales Expert
- Partner with local sales teams to enhance Red Bull availability and visibility in outlets.
- Help open new distribution points across campus and beyond.
- Use Red Bull assets to keep the brand top of mind in sales accounts.
- Maintain high store execution standards.
Executional Excellence
- Deliver flawless execution with a keen eye for detail.
- Collaborate and share ideas with the team online and in person.
- Plan and report activities accurately via our online platform.
- Provide local insights and trends to support media and business growth.
EXPERIENCE
What You Bring:
- Exceptional communication skills and an outgoing, energetic personality.
- Deep understanding of student life, including campus hotspots and activities.
- Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of initiative.
- Ability to balance Part-Time work with studies, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for marketing, sales, and negotiation.
- Strong network among campus groups and influencers.
- Love for Red Bull and its brand mission.
- Driver’s license (preferred).
- Event or project management skills.
- Team player with flexibility for travel (90-100%).
