About the Program
Job Description
- Oversee the daily allocation of crew resources to meet the operational requirements of the flight schedule.
- Manage short-term adjustments to the published crew roster, ensuring full compliance with all crew scheduling rules and regulations.
- Maintain daily oversight of the crew roster within the operations management system, reorganizing as needed due to schedule changes or training requirements.
- Coordinate crew accommodation, positioning, car hire, and hotel bookings as required.
- Support the Operations Control Centre (OCC) during irregular operations in line with internal work instructions, CATS, CARS, and the Operations Manual.
- Conduct all daily operational checks as per the work instruction.
- Ensure completion of all crew duties before the end of each operational day.
- Monitor crew sign-on processes for flight duties and provide support with ad hoc tasks as required.
- Deliver product support when necessary.
- Execute responsibilities outlined in SFR338 – Work Instruction Crew Control.
- Proactively monitor crew sign-on times and communicate with crew to prevent delays related to duty sign-on.
- Maintain professional, courteous, and efficient communication with crew regarding roster matters.
- Liaise effectively with the Operations Control Centre, Crew Scheduling & Planning, Crew Management, and Travel teams.
Job Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential)
- Minimum of 3 years’ aviation experience (Essential)
- Previous rostering or training planning experience (Essential)
- Experience with AIMS or similar roster management systems (Advantageous)
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, including early morning sign-ons and late evening sign-offs
