Job Overview:
We are hiring a skilled and experienced Handyman for a Full-Time, permanent role. The ideal candidate will have expertise in multiple handyman services and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Conduct property inspections to identify maintenance needs
- Respond promptly to client repair requests
- Install and repair fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing and electrical issues
- Repair and maintain doors, windows, and structures
- Complete tasks on time and within budget
- Manage inventory and ensure all supplies are available
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Expertise in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Outstanding communication and customer service
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
