Role Purpose

  • Build a sustainable Short-Term Insurance business unit by providing training and technical sales support to intermediaries.
  • Create marketing opportunities for Financial Advisors (FAs) to increase market share.

Requirements

  • Matric/Grade 12 (minimum requirement).
  • Relevant marketing or sales degree/diploma (advantageous).
  • FAIS Credits (minimum 30 credits in short-term insurance for appointments before 2010); alternatively, a full recognized FSCA qualification (if appointed after 01/01/2010).
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (FAIS, FICA, POPIA).
  • Expert knowledge of short-term insurance products (personal and commercial lines).
  • Minimum 4 years of short-term insurance experience (independent financial advisory or brokers).
  • Experience in face-to-face broker engagement.
  • Valid driver’s license and own transport essential.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new Financial Advisors (FAs) and Specialist FAs.
  • Train and support FAs on Momentum Insure products and solutions.
  • Uncover business growth opportunities for FAs.
  • Drive sales and revenue generation.
  • Regular travel required.
