Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review complex financial statements in compliance with IFRS
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
- Provide expert technical accounting guidance and stay updated on IFRS developments
- Collaborate with auditors and ensure adherence to regulatory standards
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and conducting variance analysis
- Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen internal controls
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (CA, CIMA, CFA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of financial accounting experience in insurance or financial services
- In-depth understanding of IFRS and regulatory reporting standards
- Strong analytical abilities and effective stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday (advantageous)
