About the Program
Job Description
- Serve as the first point of contact for all training-related queries, referring unresolved issues to the relevant person or department.
- Monitor training stock and stationery levels, reporting to the appropriate team member when orders are needed.
- Assist with ordering and coordinating training manuals, printing materials, and stationery.
- Compile trainee folders and packs, and manage the printing of training documentation.
- Update and maintain training records for all trainees in line with regulatory requirements.
- File training records to ensure easy access and maintain a user-friendly filing system.
- Process and prepare correspondence and other documents as requested.
- Collect, sort, distribute, and prepare mail, messages, and deliveries.
- Compile and distribute minutes and reports when required.
- Book venues and meeting rooms as needed.
- Submit expense and travel claims on behalf of team members.
Job Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential)
- 1–2 years of administration experience (Essential)
- Experience in the aviation industry (Desirable)
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook (Essential)
- Knowledge of aviation training legislation (Advantageous)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
