Technical Data Analyst – Temp Position (Until February 2027)

Our client in the Eastern Cape is seeking a skilled Technical Data Analyst for a Temporary role until February 2027.
Closing Date: 15 July 2025
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: National Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in the Automotive Industry within a logistics environment
- Project Management experience is essential
- Strong knowledge of Technical Data, Engineering Change Processes, Engineering Systems, and Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Familiarity with PEP Process
- Understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Ability to convert Engineering BOM (E/BOM) into Production BOM (P/BOM)
- Provide accurate BOMs to JIT, JIS, and Kit suppliers
- Supply precise BOMs for series and pre-series to internal and external supply chain partners
- Manage the introduction of engineering changes in production
- Identify, analyze, and report out-of-line BOM situations and drive corrective actions
- Improve part number variance management for optimal production outcomes
