About the Program:
As a Shop Assistant / Cashier, you will deliver service excellence through efficient customer service, accurate point of sale operations, and effective merchandising, creating a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Job Objectives:

• Execute all point of sale (POS) activities efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure correct scanning of merchandise and collection of payments, including managing clubcard rewards.
• Handle cash safely at all times.
• Promote the Clicks clubcard and enroll new members to achieve participation targets.
• Inform customers of promotions to enhance sales and ensure a “feel good and pay less” experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by being visible, approachable, and professional, acting as a brand ambassador.
• Maintain merchandising and general housekeeping standards according to store and visual guidelines.
• Support the Group’s vision to be the first-choice health and beauty retailer by exemplifying company values.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to customers.
