About the Role:
Pepkor is seeking a proactive T45 Sales Assistant to support store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to achieving sales targets. The role involves assisting management, maintaining merchandise presentation, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide superior customer service and support.
• Protect all store assets, including stock, cash, physical assets, staff, and customers.
• Implement company policies and procedures effectively.
• Maintain store and department layouts according to company standards.
• Ensure accurate administration for stockroom management, markdowns, and lay-bys.
• Replenish merchandise efficiently and uphold store housekeeping standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Matric – Grade 12.
• Previous sales experience is advantageous.
• Customer service oriented.
• Experience working effectively in a team.
• Basic computer literacy.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong planning and organisational skills for daily tasks.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced retail environment.
• High level of integrity, initiative, and professionalism.
