The programme focuses on building brand equity, driving sales volume, increasing market share, and enhancing corporate reputation through practical, hands-on experience.

Customer Development

  • Conduct weekly outlet visits to resolve issues and build partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate customer master data and achieve sales and volume targets.
  • Ensure outlets purchase directly from SAB consistently.

AMPPS Delivery (Availability, Merchandising, Price, Promotions, Space)

  • Ensure 100% availability of key brands and packs through stock rotation and planning.
  • Drive selective merchandising in consumption and purchase zones according to ITEG guidelines.
  • Implement pricing and promotion campaigns effectively.
  • Monitor competitive shelf space and outlet performance for optimal brand positioning.

Asset Management

  • Manage SAB refrigeration and merchandising assets, ensuring governance and compliance.
  • Conduct asset verification surveys and assist customers with stock replenishment.
  • Ensure proper stock rotation and product quality.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree.
  • Valid unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Local area knowledge.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends.
  • Successful completion of driver competency assessment.
