Introduction
We are looking for a motivated Shop Assistant / Cashier to deliver service excellence through efficient customer service, point of sale (POS) operations, and in-store merchandising, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.

Duties & Responsibilities

Job Objectives:

• Accurately and efficiently execute all operational activities at the point of sale.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy when scanning merchandise and collecting payment, including managing clubcard rewards.
• Handle cash safely and responsibly at all times.
• Proactively promote the Clicks clubcard and enroll new members to achieve participation targets.
• Inform customers about promotions to positively impact sales and ensure customers “feel good and pay less.”
• Deliver superior customer service by acting as a brand ambassador, providing a friendly and professional experience.
• Execute and maintain merchandising and general housekeeping duties in line with store and visual merchandise standards.
• Support Clicks’ vision to be the customer’s first-choice health and beauty retailer by upholding company values.
• Stay informed on products, ranges, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to customers.
