Introduction:
As the Senior Key Account Executive, you will report to the Head of Sales and Distribution. Your role will focus on managing, planning, and implementing revenue growth activities, emphasizing relationship-building, opportunity identification, and strategic account management.

What Will You Do?
Key Account Management
- Manage a portfolio of key and strategic customer and intermediary relationships.
- Develop and execute tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and profitability.
Customer Relationship Management / Account Management
- Build and implement relationship management plans for strategic, high-value accounts.
- Coordinate internal and external engagements to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Oversee the partner relationship management system (CRM) to optimize relationship tracking and improvements.
- Identify and nurture relationships with decision-makers and influencers within partner organizations.
Customer Needs Clarification
- Collaborate with partners to understand their mid- to long-term needs, leveraging internal expertise to develop customized solutions.
Sell Partner Propositions
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and negotiate complex, tailored solutions that meet partner needs while ensuring profitability.
- Review and authorize sales proposals, escalating issues to senior management when necessary.
Promoting Customer Focus
- Drive internal collaboration to strengthen relationships and enhance partner engagement.
Sales Opportunities Creation
- Build a network within the local government sector and represent the company at industry events.
- Gather market intelligence and elevate the company’s reputation in the industry.
Operational Compliance
- Monitor and ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and codes of conduct.
Personal Capability Building
- Serve as a subject matter expert in growth strategy, product policy, or operational management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices through professional development.

Requirements:
What Will You Bring to the Table?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Management, or equivalent (Post Graduate Degree advantageous).
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in planning and resource management.
- Experience in local government, mining, insurance, or metal industries is a plus.
- Deep understanding of client insurance plans and industry challenges.
- Key competencies: Collaboration, Relationship Management, Business Insight, Financial Acumen, Strategic Mindset, and Effective Communication.
