Your Role
Are you a digital-savvy sales professional passionate about customer engagement? As a Senior Digital Sales Specialist in our Packaging & Specialty Plastics team, you’ll drive growth by delivering a seamless digital experience, managing a diverse portfolio, and building lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales through digital channels and virtual partnerships.
- Expand the customer base in alignment with innovation initiatives.
- Lead price and volume negotiations.
- Convert leads into opportunities.
- Maintain key commercial tools (forecasting, pricing, CRM).
- Champion new digital sales technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and fluency in English (written and spoken).
- 3+ years of commercial experience (sales experience preferred).
Your Skills
- Strong negotiation and cold-calling abilities.
- Knowledge of Packaging & Specialty Plastics products/applications.
- Business and financial acumen.
- Proactive, resilient, and influential.
- Skilled in prioritization and Remote collaboration.
- Data-driven with a passion for adopting new technologies.
