Senior Digital Manager – Hollard
Job Purpose
As the Senior Digital Manager at Hollard, you will be responsible for formulating and driving the execution of Insure’s Digital strategy, ensuring the development of internal digital capabilities and enabling our intermediated Broker and Partner network. This role is pivotal in guiding software development across projects and BAU operations.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Execution
- Formulate and execute Insure’s Digital strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align Business Architecture with Digital strategy.
- Participate in architecture design forums to influence technical direction.
- Review technical designs and guide teams in implementing sound architectural solutions.
A-align digital initiatives with strategic objectives and communicate rollout plans. - Ensure alignment with the Group’s overall Digital aspirations.
- Set and measure Digital Maturity Score targets quarterly.
- Research new digital products and services to enhance efficiency and automation.
- Manage Digital project budgets, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Lead the development and improvement of Insure’s digital systems.
- Stay updated on industry and technological advancements in digital.
- Oversee feature teams for digital project delivery.
People, Talent Management & Leadership
- Lead developer teams, promoting Agile practices and fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Manage change impact from SAFe, DevOps, and new ways of working.
- Develop a high-performing team through leadership, talent management, and delegation.
- Address skills and resource gaps while providing coaching and development.
- Drive team and personal career growth through regular development discussions.
- Recruit, retain, and develop top-tier professionals in collaboration with HR.
- Foster an innovative and productive work environment.
- Embed the Hollard Way, culture, and values within the team.
- Plan resource allocation with a 6-month horizon.
Customer Service & TCF
- Deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers.
- Ensure adherence to Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles and training.
- Maintain service standards in line with SLAs and provide technical support as needed.
