Salary: R20,000 – R25,000 per month CTC (Negotiable), Commission, Pension, Call Allowance, Car Allowance, Car Insurance
Requirements:
- Grade 12 with strong computer literacy
- Minimum 5-7 years of external sales experience in the flexible plastics industry
- Knowledge of extrusion processes/industry
- Fluency in English (Afrikaans and/or Zulu is an advantage)
- Ability to work independently with high ethical standards
- Proven track record in cold calling and closing sales independently
- Willingness to travel within Gauteng and occasionally outside the province
- Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with sales, production, and technical teams
- Self-motivated with excellent self-management and team-player attitude
- Established sales representative who can hit the ground running
- Stable employment history
- Familiarity with Nelspruit and surrounding areas
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing blue-chip key accounts
- Expand existing and new customer base in line with company goals
- Manage allocated sales territory and customer accounts, including activity tracking
- Submit weekly reports on customer and sales activities to management
- Handle all sales-related admin, including invoicing, back-orders, quotations, and pro-forma invoices in coordination with the internal sales team
- Assist with branch duties as needed, such as stock takes and administrative support
