Job Description
Responsibilities:

Create and execute both manual and automated test cases, analyzing results to ensure product functionality.

Take responsibility for the QA processes within your project team, ensuring all deliverables meet the required quality standards.

Collaborate with senior QA professionals to develop and refine testing strategies and plans.

Work closely with developers and stakeholders to investigate and resolve technical issues effectively.

Conduct comprehensive post-release and post-implementation testing to identify and resolve any residual issues.
-
Interpret and execute moderately complex test scripts with precision and attention to detail.
-
Continuously improve the quality and maturity of test cases and testing packs.
-
Review and analyze system specifications to ensure clarity and completeness.
-
Define requirements for environments, data, resources, and tools, and design reusable test scripts to streamline processes.
Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
-
Relevant IT tertiary qualification (software development, etc.).
-
2-5 years of experience in a testing or similar role.
-
Mobile testing experience.
-
Automation testing experience (advantageous).
-
ISEB/ISTQB Foundation qualification (advantageous).
Technical Skills:
-
Manual testing expertise.
-
Understanding of the SDLC and how QA fits into the process.
-
Experience using industry-standard test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr, Confluence, DevOps).
-
API or mobile device testing experience.
-
Basic knowledge of IT and SQL skills.
-
Familiarity with QA and bug testing tools and testing methodologies.
-
Experience with test management software.
-
Basic test case scripting skills.
-
Understanding of test automation frameworks and related tests.

Basic SQL query knowledge and data analysis skills.
