About the Program
Job Description
- Administer, score, interpret, and provide detailed feedback on psychometric assessments in accordance with HPCSA guidelines.
- Make recommendations based on job profiles and assessment outcomes.
- Maintain and update the Assessment Matrix and Assessment database.
- Assist the OD Manager in facilitating team-building sessions.
- Provide analytical support to succession planning and talent management processes.
- Compile and maintain talent information databases, ensuring data integrity.
- Generate analytics and reports for Manager and Senior Manager review.
- Conduct research on assessment and talent management best practices.
- Support stakeholders on the implementation of OD processes.
- Assist the OD Manager in designing project roadmaps to support OD and HR initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of organisational frameworks.
- Compile reports on the effectiveness of OD interventions.
- Assist with data gathering, diagnostics, and preparation of project materials for OD initiatives.
- Prepare organograms, project trackers, and progress reports.
- Provide insights for process improvements and monitor outcomes.
- Conduct job analysis and provide subject-matter guidance on job profiles.
- Ensure all job profiles for new or changed positions comply with organisational standards.
- Oversee consultation and communication processes related to structure changes.
- Update relevant platforms with revised profiles.
- Provide expert advice and amend organisational structures as required.
- Obtain approvals and input on structure changes from the OD Manager and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with job architecture, career paths, and profiles.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for job profiling and assessment information.
- Coordinate with external service providers when needed.
- Ensure all work complies with South African labour legislation, including EEA, BCEA, LRA, and POPIA.
Job Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential).
- BCom/BA Degree in Industrial Psychology or related field (Essential).
- Registered with HPCSA as a Psychometrist (Essential).
- Registration with HPCSA as a Psychologist (Advantageous).
- 5 years’ experience in Organisational Development/Design and Psychometric Assessments in a mid-sized organisation (Essential).
- Specialist experience in at least two of the following:
- End-to-end Psychometrics
- Performance Management
- Talent Management
- Succession Management
- Aviation industry experience (Advantageous).
- Certified to administer and interpret the following assessments:
- Top Talent Solutions suite (Essential)
- WRISC (JvR) (Essential)
- CPP (Advantageous)
