Job Overview

The Technical Team Lead is responsible for leading and guiding high-performing software development teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and business-aligned technology solutions. This role partners closely with product leadership and technical stakeholders to ensure product-market fit, drive engineering excellence, and support long-term platform growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with product leadership to align technical decisions with product-market fit across one or more squads

• Support and enhance a complex technology platform, including multiple third-party integrations

• Coordinate delivery with Technical Product Managers, Solution Architects, QA, and cross-functional teams to meet business requirements

• Proactively identify scalability, performance, and strategic challenges, clearly communicate risks, and drive effective solutions

• Lead calmly during critical incidents, providing clear direction and stability in high-pressure situations

• Influence and guide teams to bring structure, clarity, and focus to complex initiatives

• Define, propose, and advocate for engineering strategies, gaining alignment and driving execution

• Delegate work effectively while mentoring and developing team members

• Drive continuous improvement of systems, processes, and development practices with a long-term perspective

• Plan and manage individual and team capacity to ensure efficient delivery of goals and commitments

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 6–10 years’ experience in software development

• Proven experience leading and mentoring software development teams

• Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and deliver complex software solutions

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core

• Experience building and consuming RESTful web services

• Solid knowledge of MSSQL databases

• Experience designing and working with microservices architectures

• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities

Advantageous Experience

• Java and Java/J2EE development

• Kotlin programming experience

• Identity Server authentication and OAuth 2.0

• Experience with PHP and React

• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture

• Oracle and MySQL databases

• CI/CD pipeline implementation

• Azure DevOps
