Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager – E-Commerce to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Manage Key Customer Relationships: Oversee relationships with pure-play retailers such as Takealot, Amazon, Loot, Zulzi, as well as omni-channel platforms and app-based delivery services.
- Lead Online Sales Strategy: Develop and execute the online sales strategy across e-commerce platforms, focusing on accelerating growth and meeting customer expectations.
- Execute Annual Operating Plans: Drive growth and market share gains through effective execution of annual operating plans.
- Formulate Key Account Strategy: Develop and manage strategies for key accounts, including assortment, promotions, and new product launches.
- Negotiate and Manage Terms: Handle trading terms and pricing with major customers, including Takealot and Amazon.
- Monitor Performance: Track key account performance, including volumes, rebates, and budgets. Conduct business reviews and manage customer interactions.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Foster strong partnerships with customers, enhancing satisfaction through superior service and execution.
- Activate Initiatives: Implement local and national promotions to boost brand performance and development.
- Analyze Trends: Utilize data from IRI and Nielsen to identify opportunities and expand business.
- Develop New Business: Identify and onboard new customers to grow online sales and leverage PepsiCo’s digital capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer management with a proven track record in strategy and execution.
- Skills: Strong analytical abilities, cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attributes: Ability to navigate ambiguity, execute with precision, and build robust relationships both internally and externally.
