Kerndoel van die Program:
OVK is op soek na ‘n dinamiese en ambisieuse gegradueerde om by die OVK-familie aan te sluit. Die suksesvolle kandidaat sal praktiese blootstelling kry aan die versekeringsbesigheid, asook die geleentheid om saam met ons versekeringspan te werk en nuwe vaardighede aan te leer, terwyl hy/sy besigheidsinsig opdoen.
Minimum Vereistes:
Die suksesvolle kandidaat moet oor die volgende beskik:
- ‘n Toepaslike graad in Bemarking, Finansies, Risikobestuur of Landbou;
- Geldige rybewys.
Vaardighede:
- Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
- Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office);
- Syfervaardig;
- Goeie organisasievermoë;
- Moet onder druk kan funksioneer;
- Moet vertroulikheid kan handhaaf;
- Die vermoë om goeie interpersoonlike verhoudinge te kan handhaaf;
- Sterk analitiese en probleemoplossingsvaardighede.
Duur van Program: 24 maande
Main Purpose of the Programme:
OVK is looking for a dynamic and ambitious graduate to join the OVK family. The successful candidate will gain practical exposure to the insurance business, working alongside our successful short-term insurance team to develop new skills and acquire business insight.
Minimum Requirements:
The successful candidate must meet the following criteria:
- An applicable degree in Marketing, Finance, Risk Management, or Agriculture;
- Valid driver’s license.
Skills:
- Strong communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
- Computer literate (MS Office);
- Strong numerical ability;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- Ability to thrive under pressure;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality;
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Duration of Programme: 24 months
