Responsibilities:
As a Finance Manager at Britos Bakery, you will:
- Supervise Accounting Functions: Oversee the accounting operations of the unit, ensuring compliance with financial practices and policies.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Conduct periodic reporting, forecast analysis, and prepare financial decks.
- Budget and Strategic Planning Support: Assist in the development of strategic plans and Annual Operating Plans (AOP), including deck preparation and analysis.
- Manage Working Capital: Plan, coordinate, and compile monthly financial reports.
- Leadership and Training: Develop and implement unit financial procedures, train employees on financial systems and policies, and manage internal financial authorizations, systems, and audits.
- Team Management: Lead and manage your team effectively.
- Compliance and Control: Ensure adherence to PepsiCo Global standards and policies.
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Provide support and analysis for various projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: University degree with a professional accounting qualification recommended.
- Experience: Proven experience in accounting, preferably within the food industry, baking, beverage, or FMCG/retail businesses.
- Skills: Advanced computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP. Knowledge of PepsiCo’s reporting, planning, and control processes is an advantage.
