The Customer Support Representative is responsible for resolving customer queries across multiple communication channels, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries.
- Adhere to Mr Price Money service standards in all customer interactions.
- Ensure a friendly, consistent, and high-quality customer experience.
- Manage customer communication across web, email, fax, and post within set service level agreements.
- Efficiently handle and resolve customer and store complaints.
- Maintain service quality by following company guidelines and recommending process improvements.

Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12.
- 2-3 years of customer care experience in a call centre environment.
- Knowledge of the National Credit Act (NCA), Consumer Protection Act (CPA), Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI), and ICASA regulations.
- Understanding of online purchasing processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
