Candidate Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience.
- Strong computer literacy with accurate typing skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and data capturing systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
