SAB Vacancies – Business Development Representative

SAB is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will focus on achieving sales targets, growing market share, and enhancing competitiveness. Your role will involve providing differentiated service to drive sustainable growth in identified market segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets for your assigned areas.
  • Manage and supervise Distributors in your sector, including order processing, payments, and re-distribution.
  • Ensure consistent availability of SAB products, maintaining a complete range in retail outlets.
  • Ensure effective merchandising with proper placement of Point of Sale (POS) materials and chillers in retail locations.
  • Monitor proper placement and exclusive use of SAB chillers in top-performing outlets.
  • Keep track of recommended product pricing at sales outlets.
  • Stay informed about competitors’ actions and strategies to ensure SAB’s market competitiveness.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or an FMCG environment.
  • Valid unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license.
  • Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent administrative skills and strong relationship management abilities.
  • Local area knowledge is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills, negotiation abilities, and problem-solving acumen.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
