About the Role:
The Business Development Representative is responsible for driving sales growth, increasing market share, and enhancing competitiveness by providing market-driven, differentiated service within assigned segments.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets for assigned territories.
  • Manage and supervise distributors, including orders, payments, and redistribution.
  • Ensure IB products are fully stocked across customers and retail outlets.
  • Maintain brand visibility through effective merchandising, POS materials, and chillers.
  • Ensure chillers are correctly placed and used exclusively for IBPLC products.
  • Monitor and enforce recommended product pricing at sales outlets.
  • Track competitor activity and market trends to inform sales strategy.

Profile:

  • 3-year degree qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or FMCG.
  • Valid unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong local area knowledge.
  • Excellent administration and organizational skills.
