About the Role:
The Business Development Representative is responsible for driving sales growth, increasing market share, and enhancing competitiveness by providing market-driven, differentiated service within assigned segments.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets for assigned territories.
- Manage and supervise distributors, including orders, payments, and redistribution.
- Ensure IB products are fully stocked across customers and retail outlets.
- Maintain brand visibility through effective merchandising, POS materials, and chillers.
- Ensure chillers are correctly placed and used exclusively for IBPLC products.
- Monitor and enforce recommended product pricing at sales outlets.
- Track competitor activity and market trends to inform sales strategy.
Profile:
- 3-year degree qualification.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or FMCG.
- Valid unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong local area knowledge.
- Excellent administration and organizational skills.
