Pharmacist Assistant – Clicks Group Careers
Job Purpose
To deliver exceptional pharmaceutical care through accurate dispensing, effective patient support, and efficient dispensary operations, while ensuring full compliance with SAPC regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high standards of pharmaceutical care, including accurate and safe dispensing, generic substitution, and professional patient advice in line with good pharmacy practice and SAPC scope of practice
• Execute all dispensary operational activities efficiently, including stock management, shrinkage control, housekeeping, and administration in line with merchandising and regulatory standards
• Support the training and development of Pharmacist Assistants and Pharmacist Interns in accordance with SAPC requirements when required
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure collaboration with clinic and healthcare departments to deliver an integrated healthcare offering to customers
• Uphold and promote the Group’s values to support the vision of being the customer’s first choice health and beauty retailer
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
• B Pharm Degree
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience post community service
• Retail pharmacy experience is advantageous
