About the Program:
The Area Growth Manager is responsible for expanding the Flash footprint across assigned sales channels, driving device adoption, increasing turnover, and strengthening long-term trader and stakeholder relationships within the region.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Grow the Flash footprint across all assigned sales channels within the area.
  • Drive growth of Flash device sales in the market to increase regional turnover.
  • Increase overall turnover across all devices and payment channels in line with departmental strategy and targets.
  • Expand the acquiring base and turnover by maintaining high adoption rates when deploying Flash devices.
  • Deliver in-store training on all Flash products during every store visit.
  • Build and manage strong relationships while maintaining at least 90% Red Flag completed calls within the sector to reduce churn.
  • Support and manage the kiosk environment in line with agreed operational structures.
  • Maintain strong relationships with all kiosk stakeholders in the region.
  • Map and geo-locate the trader database to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in sales or field operations.
  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
  • Fully computer literate with working knowledge of Teams and Excel.
  • Valid driver’s license.
