Join Rewardsco’s high-performing team as a Senior Operations Manager – Outbound Retentions and lead the charge in driving operational excellence and sales success! We’re seeking an experienced leader to oversee and optimize our BPO and sales delivery teams in the Outbound Telco space. You’ll play a pivotal role in boosting revenue growth, enhancing efficiency, and delivering outstanding client service—while fostering the development of a high-performance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operational strategy to exceed campaign goals and SLAs.
- Drive sales performance through KPIs, coaching, and incentive programs.
- Strengthen client relationships with proactive reporting and engagement.
- Optimize processes by leveraging digital tools and improving productivity.
- Inspire and develop operational teams to ensure long-term success.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and client requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations or campaign management, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Strong ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans, with advanced reporting and analytical skills.
- Proven experience in cost optimization, budgeting, and profitability tracking.
- Track record of managing large, multi-layered sales operations teams.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement tools, with cross-department collaboration skills.
- Deep understanding of BPO operations, sales conversion levers, and contact center dynamics.
- Expertise in performance management and stakeholder engagement.
- Clear criminal record.
