Branch Manager – Gqeberha
Sheldon Recruitment is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to oversee operations in Gqeberha, Eastern Cape. This permanent role offers a competitive package and the opportunity to lead a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Industry Experience: Relevant background in the packaging industry preferred.
- Policy Implementation: Enforce policies and guidelines as set by the Executive Committee.
- Strategic Leadership: Define business objectives through budget and strategic planning.
- Performance Monitoring: Track company results and ensure objectives are achieved.
- Financial Reporting: Analyze and report on financial performance.
- Operational Efficiency: Maintain proper structures, resources, and controls to meet goals.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Talent Management: Recruit, train, and motivate skilled employees to drive success.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive human and industrial relations.
- Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and respond to market shifts.
- Working Capital Optimization: Maximize efficiency in capital usage.
- Cash Flow Management: Deliver cash flow aligned with budgeted targets.
- Strategic Growth: Drive new business initiatives and market expansion.
- Budget Oversight: Present Annual Operating and Investment Expenditure Budgets for approval.
- Pricing & Supplier Negotiations: Lead pricing strategy and supplier agreements.
- Leadership Decisions: Appoint and delegate responsibilities to subordinates within authority limits.
Package:
- Salary: R35,000 – R40,000 per month CTC (Negotiable)
- Benefits: Pension, Cell Allowance, Car Allowance, Car Insurance
