What will you do?
Promote Sanlam Retail Mass (SRM) products and expand market share by:

  • Providing expert financial advice and exceptional client service in a branch setting.
  • Identifying opportunities for client optimisation and cross-selling value-added products.

What will make you successful in this role?

Sales Delivery:

  • Master SRM product offerings and advise clients based on their financial needs.
  • Conduct due diligence, validate client details, and submit new business accurately.
  • Prioritize appointments while efficiently managing walk-in clients.
  • Stay updated on product changes and adjust client portfolios accordingly.

In-branch Client Service & Retention:

  • Maintain client relationships to ensure policy persistence.
  • Proactively address queries, send payment reminders, and manage NTUs (Not Taken Up).
  • Guide clients on cancellations, alternative payments, and risk mitigation.
  • Escalate unresolved issues using approved channels and provide timely feedback.

Quality, Compliance & Development:

  • Adhere to regulatory standards, maintain FAIS compliance, and complete CPD requirements.
  • Identify risks, document advice, and log activities for reporting.

Monthly Planning & Reporting:

  • Track and report daily activities via digital platforms.
  • Submit weekly and monthly data to meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Matric (Grade 12).
  • 1+ years in sales/marketing (insurance branch experience preferred).
  • RE5 and FAIS Compliant (Wealth Management).
  • Class of Business training (must complete within 12 months).

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Broker support, new business processing, and business/partnership building.
  • Coaching and team development.

  • Strong planning and alignment capabilities.
