What You’ll Own:
- Prepping, cleaning, and shaping raw data into machine-learning gold
- Uncovering hidden patterns everyone else misses
- Building, validating, and deploying ML models into production
- Monitoring model performance and spotting drift before it escalates
- Retraining and optimizing models to keep them razor-sharp
- Designing intuitive dashboards that turn complex results into effortless insights
You’ll Thrive Here If You:
- Hold a Degree or Honours in Data Science or Actuarial Science
- Bring 3+ years in insurance or financial services (short-term insurance is a bonus)
- Have 3+ years taking ML projects from raw data to deployment
- Master Python, R, SQL, or Snowflake
- Excel at claims modelling, survival analysis, and statistical modelling
- Understand time series forecasting instinctively
- Are curious, independent, and refuse to settle for “good enough”
Extra Cred For:
- Experience with ML platforms
- Power BI, Qlik Sense, or Tableau expertise
