Job Description:

Job Purpose:
The Project Manager (Property & Store Design-Inland) will be responsible for executing all allocated regional store refurbishment projects and new store builds, ensuring alignment with the property and store design strategy, group policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. This role is critical in maintaining the achievement of business objectives.

Job Objectives:

  • Implement the annual refurbishment programme for all regional stores, including those that need to be enlarged or relocated, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.

  • Deliver refurbishment and new store build projects in line with the regional plan and budget, contributing to the overall achievement of the operating plan.

  • Complete allocated regional projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and local authorities, to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Provide timely and accurate information through standardized reports to facilitate informed decision-making, mitigate risks, and maintain effective control over regional projects.

  • Manage financial and other resources effectively to meet the operating plan and achieve business objectives.
