Brief Role Description
Based in Centurion DC within the Group Parts department, the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the Products and Channels after-sales strategy in the Dealer Network. This includes a strong focus on Genuine Parts Sales, Accident Damage Management Parts Sales, Easy Drive Vehicle Plans Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement the After Sales Strategy to meet departmental, divisional, and organizational goals.
- Guide and support team members to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Drive Genuine Parts sales performance at Wholesale and Retail levels.
- Achieve Accident Damage Management Parts sales targets by managing dealers, key accounts, MBRs, and insurance customers.
- Support Easy Drive Vehicle Plans sales by collaborating with RAMs and dealers.
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans to enhance brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth.
- Design and implement Product Management campaigns using HPG Analysis and IAM research to boost market share.
- Launch Customer Loyalty initiatives to increase overall Car Parc share.
- Coordinate with divisional teams to execute the annual Business Plan.
- Partner with other departments to set targets for key initiatives like Service Cam, Easy Drive Vehicle Plans, Lead Inbox, and PPSO.
- Serve as the primary liaison with the company’s Market Area Manager for Products and Channels projects.
Qualification Requirements
- A recognized 3-year national diploma or 4-year bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, or related fields.
Experience Required
- Proven experience in Sales, Service, and Marketing.
- Dealer after-sales operations experience with at least 3 years in a specialist or supervisory automotive role (after-sales, marketing, or sales preferred).
Essential Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of dealer after-sales operations, including service and parts management.
- Proficiency in business management principles and automotive parts/accessories pricing strategies.
- Experience in developing and executing after-sales campaigns and promotions.
- Knowledge of accident damage management, motor body repairers, and insurance is advantageous.
- Expertise in customer loyalty and strategy implementation.
- Critical thinking, project management, and communication (written/verbal) skills.
- Leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, CoPilot), Generative AI, DMS, CRM, and data analysis.
- High integrity and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
