PURPOSE OF POSITION
Lead a store team to achieve business KPIs, including driving sales, cost control, risk mitigation, stock loss prevention, administration, and maintaining world-class store standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive Sales: Enhance customer service, maintain store image, manage stock, and implement promotions.
- Minimize Stock Loss: Foster a strong store culture and enforce security measures, stock handling, and cash procedures.
- Cost Management: Optimize efficiencies in line with the company’s low-cost culture.
- Administration: Ensure all store administrative tasks comply with company guidelines.
- Team Leadership: Train, coach, and manage the performance of a dynamic team.
- Standards & Safety: Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Proficient in English.
- Relevant tertiary education in business/retail (advantageous).
- 1-2 years of retail leadership experience (preferred).
- Computer literacy (Microsoft/GSuite is a plus).
