A leading alternative risk transfer provider is seeking an Actuarial Team Manager: Life Insurance Modelling to lead analytical excellence and drive capital modelling initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a skilled actuarial team, fostering growth and best practices.
- Develop and implement technical provisions, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee capital modelling strategies to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance actuarial processes and drive innovation.
Requirements:
- Qualified Fellow or Associate Actuary with a specialization in Life Insurance.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in life insurance actuarial modelling.
- Proficiency in Prophet software is essential.
- Management experience with cell captive structures is highly advantageous.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
