We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Skills Trainer to empower our outbound call center team at U Covered Insurance Solutions (Pty) Ltd with the skills, techniques, and mindset to close deals and exceed targets. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Deliver high-impact training on outbound sales tactics, closing techniques, objection handling, and quoting discipline.
- Lead engaging onboarding programs and refresher courses for new and experienced agents.
- Provide side-by-side coaching, live call feedback, and performance improvement sessions.
- Work closely with sales managers to identify skills gaps and implement targeted training solutions.
- Develop training materials, call scripts, and job aids based on industry best practices.
- Monitor and report on training effectiveness using performance metrics.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 2+ years in outbound call center sales, ideally in financial services or insurance.
- 1+ years as a sales trainer, coach, or team leader (formal or informal).
- Expertise in consultative selling, scripting, and high-pressure closing techniques.
- Exceptional communication, motivational, and coaching skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a relentless focus on performance.
- Bonus: Experience with CRM systems, call quality tools, and sales KPIs.
